Location is Dorchester Dorset and price wise as i say i really don't know as there doesnt seem to be anything to compare it with if i suggested a figure of £1200 would people run away laughing???

 

Someone would have got a bargain if they had bought this at £1200 as it just sold on Ebay for £1700
