My mate at work is selling his C280. It used to be mine

In my ownership, I had some work done to the autobox, and it was a brilliant car after that. Now apparently, the 'box is playing up again. I did toy with the idea of having it back and fitting an older type non electronic 'box in it, but apparently it can't be done.

It was lovely when I had it. I toured the Isle of Wight in it and it went like shit off a stick.

Well worth fixing up, but I just don't have the funds.
