Shitely Request Belfast to North Yorks

Long shot but is anyone planning a trip from Belfast back to England (North West would be superb) in the next month or so?

 

I need some car parts bringing over from just outside Belfast, probably a hatchback/estate car full so would need to be a single occpancy trip to get all the stuff in the back.

Not 100% sure just when my next trip will be just yet, but could potentially help with this, Belfast to Cumbria most likely!

 

What are the parts? Main problem being my Volvo happens to be a tad impractical, coupe with a boot half full of LPG tank, but I have roof bars, and reasonable back seat if I can help!

Well I have been over and brought back said parts. Unfortunately while I was there I don't know what possessed me but I agreed to buy the remaining shell of this car. So again I need help (literally) to bring it back, this time to a mates farm in Thirsk North Yorks.

 

Anyone delivering a car to N.I or picking one up from over here and fancy doing me a favour? Again I will pay towards fuel and ferry costs.

 

Or does anyone know any car transport peeps who do regular runs?

Apologies for not getting back to you about that interior and stuff before. Totally forgot!

 

Are you still needing that shell brought over? Will keep an ear to the ground for you, I know a few guys from home who pop across with an empty trailer from time to time.

Funnily enough it has just landed from the emerald isle this week. Only took 4 months! I did try shiply and got absolutely zero quotes whatsoever, not even for a huge nonsense amount. I even listed it 4 times. Business* opportunity for someone doing NI to GB runs there maybe...

Been thinking of offering occasional runs to fora members on this and t'other side of the water as I'm back and forth every couple of months. Just need a Disco and trailer first!
