figured this one, BMW E21 3 series.

 

Next challenge, Valeo 5270001 fits ??

That headlamp unit looks very similar to the units fitted to "A Class" motorhomes during the 1980s. I reckon I have worked on one of these, maybe 20 years ago, and had issues sourcing lamp units to get it through a UK test.....

He states that they are similar units to the Isuzu NKR.

 

MItsubishi Canter also. (This one is called a "Kipper" for some reason...)

Yes, points into the right direction,

Size is 165mm × 100mm, seems to be sort of universal unit used on various cars and trucks.
