It's incredible just how many hidden treasures you can find in a place like that;but as has been said before,let's hope the old gent gets better and gets good treatment. He could however be a tough old boot,and return home to say " Where's me bloody stuff gone " !!

I'll see if I can find the number plates, they aren't that exciting though, mostly E reg squire ones, all yellow with pressed letters on a yellow background like tractor ones.

 

If there are any of the aluminium ones with the raised plastic letters they are worth saving, to remove the plastic letters as these are very hard to get and could be sold on ebay.

I know what it is like to be a hoarder, or at least I think so, I am moving out of my house this week and can't believe how much junk I have collected. All of it quite necessary when bought, so why was it put on a shelf and never even unwrapped etc. Have had to be brutal and toss out stuff that will never be needed .

cav_estate now has 12 months supply of car mags and books to read, Make that 2 years!
