Beat me to it. It was used in a NI Road Safety advert a few years ago. "Have a drink, have a drive..." and the song stopped, video cut to a mashed mark 5 Escort.

 

PSNI officer Geraldine Donnelly, a contemporary of mine in the Force, was the face of the "Smashed" TV road safety advert. She got done for drink driving. She was a useless copper, a crap shot and a silly cow.
