Was in my local Halfords the other day browsing around the tool section and noticed a Gunson 4127 diagnostic thingy. Reading the back I noticed in was mainly for older cars so for a laugh I grabbed it and went and asked how much it was with my trade card (marked on shelf as £79 odd). Well bloke scanned and was shocked when it came up as £5! Apparently it is a discontinued model as it is for older cars. Still used trade card and got it for £4! Comes in a nice plastic case slightly smaller than a laptop. The bloke at the till said that if they had them at any other Halfords they should all come up as a £5 when scanned.

 

So shitters get yourself of to Halfords and getting searching for that Christmas bargain

I might get this for my mate and mechanic. What age range of older cars is it for? 10-15 years old? Thats the sort of stuff he deals with. No good for me though.

I popped into my local Halford at lunch time to take a look, they didn't have any stock and according to the lad with the computer there wasn't any stock anyway?.
