VERY cheap 4x4 7 seater

My daughters Shogun is up for grabs, 1989 3.0 V6, MOT until 27.11, it has sprung a leak which I suspect is the core plug at the back of the right hand cylinder head, had advisories for two TRE boots and two front brake pipes, body is in great condition for it's age, any use to anyone before she calls the scrap man??

Where is it located, I assume the leak has rendered it un-drivable?

I am about an hour north of Newcastle, it drives fine if you keep topping up the water......
