Wanted vehicle storage/workshop etc Rutland

Hi,

 

I know it's a long shot but has anyone got any vehicle storage/ barn / warehouse etc where I could potentially store/ work on a couple of cars anywhere near Rutland, I'd obviously be happy to pay towards the costs. I know someone was advertising somewhere in Chorley which sounded ideal but is too far away.
