I haz found loophole (probably everyone knows about it, but sod it I'll just go ahead and announce it):

 

The shite-hating legislators of Italy have introduced a law where LPG tanks and ancillaries have to be scrapped every ten years. This means that old propane-burning tat is virtually worthless, as "that'll cost more than the car is worth, mate". The good news is that (AFAIK!) we don't have anything similar 'round here, which means that you can import a car bought for peanuts and benefit from CHEEP FULE!
