I was going to suggest this - haulage firms use a similar tactic, they leave the back doors of empty trucks open when parked up. Just so the scrotes know there's nothing worth breaking in for.

I use these cheap things purely as a deterrent to the casual scrote.  I'm sure they're easy to remove within seconds if you know how.

Admittedly my cars are pretty much worthless (bar the Metro) so a Disklok is better for something worth actual money.  But if using the car regularly I just found them a pain in the arse to use as they're so clunky.

They're a bit cheaper! I might get one or two for my other cars. Hope you're doing well

I leave it empty now. I've also bought a couple of ultrasonic alarms off eBay that you arm with a fob. They give a warning chirp and if you continue moving about inside the car they are very loud.
