Quick query about avatar pics

Ello, I didn't want the picture in the signiture field to be so massive - it is actually resized to be quite small but for some reason it varies in size from the right small size to an annoyingly large size. I don't mind reading forum posts with pictures in the signiture so long as they're not supersized.Now I'm guilty of it! (sometimes)Anyone know why it changes size and whatz me kanz do to fix?
