FS: Peugeot 605 Turbodiesel

Anyone interested in this? (Advertised on behalf of a friend)

 

1993 (L) Peugeot 605 SRDT, light metallic blue. I'm assuming it's the 2.1L TD rather than 2.5L (same engines as Citroen XM).

 

Has been off the road a few years, so no MOT or tax. Needs front ball joints, brake discs (supplied) brake pads (supplied). Starts and runs, new cam belt/tyres before coming off road. However, seems to be losing water - oil seems ok apparently. Loss of storage forces urgent sale - car must find a home before the end of the month, or will be scrapped. Located in Egham, Surrey. £100. A chap in the Midlands was going to have it, but he's decided he's got far too many project cars! I can't take it on as I've got no space/cash for a 3rd car.
