Pinto E-max head torque?

Turns out the replacement engine in the Cortina is an E-max (I only found out when I compared the new head gasket with the old), but at least it is unleaded.

 

The leaflet with the cam kit gives the same torque for Cortina/Sierra 1600 pintos, google throws up different figures and I can't seem to find anything specific for the E-max.

 

Anyone got a Haynes BOL they could consult?

Ah, the good old LSD block. Original wide bore short stroke was the LCT.

I tend to use a three stage approach, 40-60-80 lb/ft, spiralling outwards from the centre exhaust side. No need for a warm up and retorque if you use a good gasket..
