I noted loads of old Lancias on the roads in Rome, stuff that had dissolved away on our wet salty roads many many years ago. The amazing thing is most of them didn't have a single straight panel on them and were driven like the world was about to end on those really rough cobble streets. It's amazing the running gear can take so much punishment, particularly the older stuff like the swarms of original Fiat 500s.

The quantity and quality of old shite in Italy is a sight for shitey eyes. Pandas, 500s, Unos, old Lancias, Alfas, you name it.
