Peugeot 405 offside headlight WANTED.

Ladles and Jellyspoons, anyone got the above? It's the one with high/low on the main light but hi is also the inboard part of the headlight.

Oo oO they look like that from the front! Outer bulb is H4 twin filament and inner is single H3(?).
