2.0l 5cyl Auto taxed and mot'd until Mid to late July

 

lets list the bad point before I get started - due to pending knee surgery I'm not in any fit state to repair it and theres no way I'm booking it in to a garage

 

Starter Motor has gone - got a brand new one here

Won't start due to the Park switch on the Auto Gearbox

Speedo and tep gauge have packed up, was working fine when I bought the car and had an idicated 70k on the clock, no idea if this was genuine or not as only have the current MOT, speedo has worked oocasionally but the car has never really gone far apart from one trip up to Chesire and back other than that it's just been carrying the surfboards to and from the beach.

Bonnet and Near Side wing are really faded

and as I took the offside front wheel off today to consider doing the starter motor with a buggered knee (this was the clincher) the gaiter round the top of the strut is shredded.

Other than that, it did run sweet as a nut and the auto box which can be a problem on these seemed fine and dandy.

 

Good point, just had 4 brand new tyres that have probably covered 50 miles.

 

Open to token offers if someone wants to come and get it........but do consider I live right on the West Coast of Wales in Pembrokesire and the car would have to be trailered.....other than that its scrap man bit gutted but I'm not going to be in any fit state to chuck the spanners around for a few months and its just easier to pick up another shitter
