willswitchengage
Our very own Davey C used to drive a Lexus before he took office: But now for the vehicle identification challenge: He's a family man, I was thinking Mk1 Espace?
Ross_K
It's an Espace - it's mentioned in a Guardian interview from 2005 or something like that... He's got a Honda CRV these days I think. Not that he'd get to drive it much.

gricer
^^That's actually the car in which Kennedy was shot, rebodied with a roof. It was used until the '80s. Henry Ford Museum at Detroit has two Things In Which US Presidents Were Shot. Lincoln's chair is the other - still with bloodstains.
Ross_K
The Malaysian PM drives a Proton Chancellor: Djibouti. A Hummer with whitewalls... Classy. The president of Uruguay has a Vectra And the president of Chile has a Pug 607:

angle
I was in India a while ago, and saw a massive crowd of people at the end of the road. They were all desperately trying to get a peek inside a gold Toyota Camry - this one in fact: Hi, Dalai Lama!
MorrisItalSLX
The Australian Prime Minister is currently driven around in a bulletproof BMW 7 Series. Formerly, this was a Holden Statesman Caprice. Top of the range Holdens have been the transport of choice for the PM since the 1960s. It is hard to make out, but it is also wearing the C1 number plate that has has been on every car for the PM. LightBulbFun
