MrRegieRitmo
Commer! Craig's right that will get alot of love on here, especially as it's even better (read: shitier) than a Commer, it's a Dodge Spacevan....the large front grille/light surround is just visible. This is the more recent facelift of the traditional Commer van post Chrysler takeover yet is somehow even rarer than the Commers!
outlaw118
Cheers Mr Reg, as youu noted, it had the later grille, but had no badges on. Probably would have still said it was a Commer even if I had known as they're such an iconic shape. This one is owned by the same bloke with the blue Tranny camper, which is probably the earliest one I've seen in ages; E or F reg so thats what 1967/8? Makes me wonder what's in the garage.Who could leave a Manta A just sitting like that? I'd love to have it sitting on my driveway here doing nothing.Seen the Hiace in several show reports. The Reverend Bluejeans
That Lada is a stunner. I can smell its sunkised vinyl interior from here. That poor Sierra must be one of the oldest left. It's Cardinal red and would have had the twin air slot aerodynamic wheeltrims. It looks terminally bolloxed though.
andrew e
Small mirrors and the lack of the stabilising scoops round the rear windows mean it must be pretty old.

MrRegieRitmo
Has the Manta been dumped? Surely there are lots of people on here who would 'do a Torsten' to get their hands on that?!
outlaw118
Yes, its a Murvi Express!!If anyone wants me to put a note on the Manta, it's near Lakeside, I'll willingliy do so; just pm me.
The Reverend Bluejeans
Small mirrors and the lack of the stabilising scoops round the rear windows mean it must be pretty old.Yep. The scoops went on in '84 when the L gained the GL/Ghia big headlamp front end.Anyone else remember Neil Kinnock flipping his A plate One-Six L on the M4?
