ChinaTom
Father has decided the Rover 75 is too big for him now and wants to move it on, but has very kindly offered me first refusal. I have always loved the car and has 47k on the clock. This means that having decided to spend a small fortune on the BMW thinking I was to keep it for another few years, it may be up for grabs now. I have just spent £1,600 on this car replacing brakes, radiator, front shocks, all ABS sensors and suspension arm bushes as well as an Inspection II service. It has >10 months tax and test and whilst reading 185k on the clock, is in fine fettle. Full service history with some evidence of bills that many of you may think me crazy for paying, but it is still cheaper than the depreciation on a new one. http://s927.photobucket.com/albums/ad11 ... g/S882ARO/ Take a look at the photos here if you think you may be interested - they show the little faults. I may Ebay it before I head back to Asia, or I may lend it to a friend who's having a few probs at the moment money-wise. Trouble is it is a 2.8 with 28-32 mpg so not exactly the perfect vehicle for him. It may just sit in the garage - there is no firm plan to sell, but if there is any interest on here, pm me with an offer or request to view and don't be offended if I turn you down (offers not viewing). I bought it for £1,500 a few years ago and have treated it excellently and preventative maintenance has always been my way of keeping old cars reliable. Absolutely NO swaps possible - I am only considering letting it go due to space constraints here at CT Towers. Car is here with me at NR16 2BB. Guest
Hello, As years go by Luxury and Vintage cars is getting more expensive than the others. Lexus cars is more expensive than any American Luxury cars like Cadillac and Lincoln. Lexus vehicles are typically much more expensive. Keep in mind that Lexus competes more directly with Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and Audi. For example, the Lexus LS really competes with the Mercedes S-class, BMW 7-series, and the Audi A8. The Lexus LX competes with the Mercedes GL-class and the Land Rover Range Rover. And the Lexus RX competes with the Mercedes GLK, BMW X3, and the Audi Q5. "Sorry Son" he said. "We only sell bagels". But it's okay because I had my bike outside. Wibble.

Negative Creep
I'd love a 328 tourer and that looks a particularly nice example. Shame it's such a bad time to be selling something like that

ChinaTom
Blast. Thought there was some interest!!! Never mind, it is still in the garage, and I'll either move it on when I get back (year 3012 at this rate) or just keep it and have my old man part-ex the R75 for the new Astra he wants. Silly sod. I'll make sure he gets a Golf in the end. There will be an S reg 48,000 mile pristine Megane 1.6 RXE with cambelts done on time rather than mileage offered on this thread soon. If only I had more space, I'd hoard it away. Parents downsizing to one car.
