Timewaster
Anyone notice a pattern emerging?Yep. Does seem to be lots of 'confusion' going on between items siezed in lieu of payment and items taken without consent...And much confusion of the spelling of "seized" although as autoshitters we should be more used to spelling that word than most people! NB if you fancy the name change I will happily donate my avatar
Danblez
It's a disgrace for all parties involved really isn't it? I think it was pretty obvious the current custodian didn't know it was stolen or it wouldnt have been put on ebay as it did. This really shouldnt be allowed to happen in this day in age. Also direct gov shows information on the reg......... wierd
Parky
A long shot perhaps, but as a precedent an awful lot of artwork and valuables get returned to their rightful Jewish family owners seventy years after WW2. These items have been through several legit sources but ultimately the true owner is the true owner. Might be a slightly lofty argument to pull in a small claims court but ultimately its the same thing
