dollywobbler
Sorry, perhaps we need a 'bet you didn't know this' thread! I'm in mid-Wales, near Aberystwyth. Where are you? And are there any more shows coming up? Need some Welsh classic content!
504GL
Sorry, perhaps we need a 'bet you didn't know this' thread! I'm in mid-Wales, near Aberystwyth. Where are you? And are there any more shows coming up? Need some Welsh classic content! I'm joking of course I live more or less in prestatyn where the show was. There's a show in St Asaph on 18th September Another I'd recommend after getting free tickets last year is this http://www.cpop.co.uk/ I haven't uploaded many of the photos I took that day but here are some of Simca's and one of something I can't remember. Seeing the cars in the background will tell you what sorts of cars you'll see there.

504GL
This tidy little thing is parked out front at the moment, never seen it before though. Oops. Arrived home to find that this Renno had slid down a slight slope and hit a Citroen C4 Picasso. Very little damage done thankfully but with the age of it I doubt it'll get repaired. Just lucky he wasn't parked where he had been when I took the picture as it would have written off our Subaru and probably knocked that into our Fiat. jonny69
That Consult looks nice, but now you mention the amount of filler it does look a bit pogged!
504GL
That Consult looks nice, but now you mention the amount of filler it does look a bit pogged! It was really weird. As you can see from the water beading off the car he obviously takes care of it in terms of keeping it clean and waxed and the paintwork itself was immaculate. So why then slap all that filler in? Not my sort of car but it was slightly frustrating to see that it was so well looked after but that the last 5% of work that would be needed to take it from a nice example to a fantastic example hadn't been done. The guy driving it looked like he could have been an extra on Heartbeat when one of the motorcycle gangs came through town
Tartan58
A slightly tatty Aston That's just fantastic, hats off to whoever owns that Aston it's clearly well used - that's the kind of attitude I very much approve of.

It is good, but I'm not sure I'd have parked it right next to the trolley bay!
504GL
Saw this today as we were pulling into our street. Had never seen one before and probably never will again! Sorry for shit photos, was walking back up the street to ask if I could take a couple of photos, but he got in and drove off and I thought it better to take photos discreetly. skattrd
A Quantum saloon unless I'm mistaken. I think Quantums are one of the few kit cars that don't look shit.
