Ilkeston pre 1994 Car Show 14th August

I will be in the midlands for a week so went to this show today, selection of photos attached….. anyone else go?

Went to one of these summer festivals today and some great classics out, highlight was an XR3i that could have passed for 2-3 years old. Bizarrely though someone decided to show a 2005 Zafira and a 10 plate Clio. The pre-94 stipulation stops people arriving in a 5 year old Astra.

Only 10 minutes up the road from me, would have been a nice few hours out if I'd known about it - hint to myself, maybe its time to start looking on social media!

Only found out myself by searching for ‘Car events 14th August Nottingham’ ….. never been before and I was in the area with half a day to kill! Anything happening Derby way this week of an evening?

Nothing that I'm aware of, but as mentioned I don't do facebook or anything, so I'm normally last to find out about these things, so not really the best person to offer advice on local happenings.
