Ebay Tat Volume 2 - Sadly deceased.

It's a crying shame as a very early Mk2 RS2000 which that is would be well worth having but he's dreaming if he thinks it's gonna fetch big money with the wrong interior, bodged door cards and a crayola picture of a Mk2 flat-front on the rear 1/4s.

If that still had the proper Scheele seats and hadn't been coloured in by some grunting mong* I'd have thrown a bid at it, but looking at it and reading his description even if the thing was 50p and a half-sucked Werthers original I wouldn't buy it - as the bloke does appear to be an utter moron.

Having said that, I've just 'done an eBay' and sent him a message asking if he's got the original unmolested interior and how hard it would be to remove the childs scrawls from the sides.

*copyright Len-H, Milford Cubicle and a multitude of identities used by a certain miserable Jock.

I suppose the battle there would be to weigh up costs of the proper parts and add to whatever mental price he's bound to want for it.

Boll's idea about turning up and lobbing paint over it is class, it'd be so much fun to do that if you won the listing. It'd have to be Youtubed for the ultimate LOLZ though.

Right, moving on have a gander at this love bus.

You'd want interior and nearside bodyworks pictures minimum though.

Not sure if this should go in here or the Bargains thread....nice, but not minty Citroen GS in Autoshite Pale-beige...

$(KGrHqQOKi4E6fG-,jd2BOsCLD)l!!~~_12.JPG

I know for a PHAKT these weren't much more than this (£3395) new, as Mutha and Fatha_Outlaw bought one new in October 1977 for £2995. So minimal depreciation.....but it's taken this long to creep back up.

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/300633145665? ... 1423.l2649

An absolute minter would be worth what they're asking - I think.

Even borked GSs can nudge four figures if they're the right spec. In fact, if a completely muntered '70 or '71 GS came out of hiding, it would go over that.

Don't get me wrong, that example is a nice one, it's an appropriate colour and all, but for the coin I'd want non fruity door bottoms. Like the way the framing of the photo of the driver's side has been framed so that you miss that.

A 7600 mile Mazda 626?

'88 Landcruiser. Only 233000 miles. Price is a bit steep for what the seller says is a project.

A '91 BX GTi with 41k on the clock for €1000? Fuck yeah. :o

This one is sorely tempting me. Dent in the driver's wing and no tax or test, but I could live with that...

Saw a post from the new owner on another forum:

It neads a fair bit more than a wing !!! so if anybody knows of a bx in a breakers or a car lying around i would really appreciate it if you let me know..... I'm collecting it tomorrow but for now the list is: Bonnet Hinges, Rh Wing, Sunroof complete, R/H Door Mirror and an Air Flow Meter, and no doubt the list will get a lot bigger when i get it home !!!!

So now he needs another BX to harvest all those parts from. Being a Citroen owner is a heavy cross to bear...:lol::lol:

...and the buyer hasn't even bothered re-registering it. OvI1b.gif

In the (totally unlikely) event of me buying that 626 I'd expect it to be wearing Irish plates for that sort of coin.

Plus a lot of paperwork to reassure me that it hasn't had a haircut.

It's an auto, so no lsd, so it should be safe from rear axle rapage.

Price,£500 but no T&T. Number plate may be worth that, get legal, sell plate have a funky 80's hatch for not a lot ... unless it needs loads doing for a ticket :?

'its Not Charging so therefore we cannot drive it to the Mot Station for its Mot'

Yeah, I can quite believe that. It's just a shame you don't know anyone with a recovery truck. Ideally a Transit. Perhaps a white one, possibly with a beavertail body. Better still someone who runs a car breakers. The sort of car breakers you could get a couple of spare batteries from so you could MOT it.

I'll let you discover this for yourselves, suffice to say its every bit as good as this 'taster shot' suggests

That's breathtaking.

"Missing wheelbolts" - now that really does inspire confidence doesn't it? As usual, you have to wonder why he hasn't done the "easy" work and put a fresh MOT on it

Stone me!

If I'm ever unfortunate enough to end up fathering a child through some horrible mistake, I think I'd rather send her to Cleethorpes for the weekend with Ian Huntley than to her school prom with "BIG BOI 3010" in that crock!
