Luxobarges_Are_Us
That Granada would have me seriously twitching under normal circumstances. 2.8i manual... Mmmmmm. It may look nice, but it doesn't feel nice. Pikey Transit, old tyres galore, stupid font on the numberplate, 11 bids with over two days to go... Nah, I wouldn't bother. I think you're being a bit harsh there. There's a couple of caravan storage places out there (close to where my mum lives, as it happens), and I'm sure I recognise that yard. Besides, the guy buys Vactan and once sold a Solara to the buyer's complete satisfaction! Why isn't he on here?
marcello-gandini
I think the alternator will be 'sized' with bits of the old auxiliary belt, that's what happened to my old 405. Easy fix? Or is it better to just fling on a s/h alternator and a shiny new belt? Yes, just take the pulley off the alternator and pick the bits of old belt out. I saw the pic and thought "Oh it's one of those Toyotas from the mid eighties, that looks like it's from 15 years before" and then I saw it was from 1994. Which makes it even better. Looks like it's going to end up finishing for MEGADOLLARS, though.

Manbearpig
http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll? ... ink:top:en The Doctor is back again, this time with something a little different to his normal stock, I seem to remember seeing this for sale somewhere else recently, I'd be interested to see what kind of money he gets for this seeing that the tidy black one from a few weeks ago went for £850. This was for sale on Car & Classic I think and sat around for a while. Started of at £1500 but dipped under a grand eventually. A hell of a good car for the money. brammy777
That Alfa is mega! Weirdly, went throught Streatham the other day by train and parked at the Homebase/B&Q next to the station was an identical one, but on a UK plate, what are the odds of that? It was in great shape too, I did think they could be the same cars but I doubt residents from Dorking would travel all the way into South London to get DIY goods.
