Window winder handles are 1100. Internal door handles are Allegro. External handles Mini. Gear knob Metro. Boot lock is Metro. Hatchback tail lights are Escort MK4 van. Gas struts are early Fiesta. Rear wheels Mini. Filler cap Mini. Pre 96ish used Mini non-spacer drums on the rear but only the drums. Post 96ish Robins used the Mini drum back plates too and were modified ones on the front. Brake rubber hoses are from a Series 3 Land Rover. Rear shocks are Mini too. I've absolutely no idea how corporate companies go about using other manufacturers parts?
