outlaw118
Mutha_Outlaw reminded me the other day I've got a welder stashed at there (got to be 20 years ago) I will attempt to unearth it at the weekend and run it down to you - no rush to get it back, it might not even work. Luckily (or not) I was wearing a thick jacket and welding gloves. But this in turn grabbed and twisted the sleeve on the jacket around quite bloody tight! That was very scary! I did the same, bastard knotted wheel kicked back and ran up my jumper, ended up scouring lovely gouge out of my gut and tore my t-shirt and jumper to a knotted mess. Burnt the motor out on the grinder at the same time. One of the very few instances i've put the tools down and gone for a sit down in the house, pondering my life choices JMotor and Barry Cade

AnthonyG
Is the little green diecast a Matchbox? I only ask because it seems such a poor effort. I know they went downhill quickly after production moved to Macau, hadn’t realised quite how quickly though. The front end is really rather shit. Hard to believe only a few years earlier Matchbox were at the level of detail where they did the actual rear badges you could get on a Mk4 Cortina 1.6 GL. Or was it an L, I must go and check 😀…
