If we're guessing then I'm going Saab 9-3 estate.

Are it a longroof?

Is this the elimination game?

It has four wheels, at least it did in the photos. I'm told it has an injan. And a steering wheel.

Also, and this is most handy, a roof. I think its pretty long but not so long as to be a long-roof.

  • Cord Fourteener changed the title to Kolekshun: it's not the leaving of Liverpool (St Station) that greaves me...

Well this is fun on a Sunday. 8 hours in and not even seen the thing yet.

Maybe you could do this every week? 😆

I'm full of good ideas.

Tune in tomorrow for train 9. 😄

I did say it was going to be an epic.

Stand aside, Gilgamesh. Beowulf ain't got nothing nothing on this.

That`s `cos it`s diesel-electric..............

that's not what I normally understand diesel-electric to mean, unless it's a dual power source, mains electric with backup generator.

We are apparently on a stretch without overhead power, yet we set off with it...

It is...........

It actually does seem to be electric on some stretches and diesel-electric on others.

I realised my original comment may have come across a bit know-it-all, didn't mean it like that, I reworded it after you responded.

I mean I've not seen dual power like this before.
