quicksilver
It's been a very long time since I was able to post a show report but one actually happened yesterday A pleasant fairly small event at a nice local venue I hadn't been to before, organised by the people behind the Earls Barton meets. Quite a lot of modern supercars but plenty of variety among the classics too. Some show staples were conspicuous by their absence though - no Morris Minors, no TR7s and only one Mini! Enough waffle, on with the photos... Nice building that someone dumped an old Maxi in front of Not shite but gorgeous and definitely going in my fantasy garage 1.6 Base Automatic This was brilliant with all the correct details LHD Viva messes with my head We had a Metro like this We also had a Dolomite like this but orange Lesser spotted four-door Skyline makes a change from GTRs 7-series extremes - 728i meets 750iL Not a Maxi Some sort of Datsun Cap-ri Ghia Bizarre homebrew Mini-based roadster thing. Yes, that's a Moggie bonnet on the back! Sandpiper. So much beige and brown Never heard of a Nissan Laurel Medalist One for Miss HubNut - someone else likes Mk5 Escort cabriolets I had a beige Fiesta Calibra 4x4 Turbo must be a rarity Great to see a Maestro van Metro diesel sounds like a grim means of transport Is this the ex-Practical Classics 'Generally'? Something quite menacing about this scruffy black Granada Ridiculous Caddy And finally, bizarre Japanese-spec 205 GTI automatic Felt so good to finally be out at a show again. RayMK, Supernaut, Six-cylinder and 2 others
sierraman
Black and white plates on cars like that Capri annoy the hell out of me. Wants a pair of those raises digit plates for the era. wesacosa

Crackers
Didn't know you could fit an entire car meet in one of these tbh. I'm surprised they're not more flammable.
