martc Posted June 19, 2021 Share Posted June 19, 2021 I've discovered that light railway vehicles, from the handpumped ones of Harold Lloyd fame to converted cars are known as 'draisines'. Here's some more, this sort of conversion would seem to have been quite popular in the east... A GAZ -12ZIM, repurposed. I think this could be the back of the GAZ and an old ambulance.
