What condition is the displacers in?

Engine still may be worth something even full of water. I'd rip it out and bung it on eBay. Heads and the like can be re-machined. A-series lumps are getting rare now.

Rip it out you say? Shouldn't take long

No idea re the displacers, what would indicate if they were saveable or not?

Probably only really find out when you remove them. The canister section is hidden in the subframe. You only see the top rubber bit from up top. Don't worry if the hose/hose crimps are buggered, they're easily changed.

id save the dash and trim, iirc the seats are a one off for these.

gotta love the tide line on it too.

The wood trim on the body seems to be riveted on to the bodywork so is proving tricky to remove without damaging it. I can see us cutting the panels away around it, but only if they're worth saving

Seats have been rescued and look saveable but the back seat is soaking wet.
