HMC
Deffo GM, my curve ball offering is an early mk3 vectra (not that one) that one looks a bit Swedish to me, the clocks.

NorfolkNWeigh
Right can we stop guessing at New Pod’s imaginative picture of the gear selector on his Omega. The second one is obviously an American late model R-Sport dash fitted into an early 242 Turbo with an aftermarket boost gauge, at a wild guess. spike60, Timewaster, chodweaver and 2 others 4
Skut
I'm thinking Skizzer is right. Especially as it says Volvo between the temp and fuel gauges.
Spiny Norman
The Volvo one looks like a modded 240, possibly with a turbo since one of those extra clocks looks like a digital boost gauge. Judging by the 85mph speedo I'll guess it's a US car. Edit: Posted before I saw NW's earlier post saying the same thing.
burraston2006
The speedo only goes up to 85. Even the lowly dl spec went faster than that! What were those rebadged daf volvos called?
Spiny Norman
It's definitely a 200 series. Some US cars of that era had speedos that only went up to 85mph, the other give-away is the 55mph highlighted in orange.https://autos.yahoo.com/question-of-the-day-why-did-1980s-cars-have-233212628.html

Note the way you can't get the 4 disc changer magazine out when in park. Not that it comes out at all. Bastard thing is stuck in. And won't play whatever discs are in. I remember years ago I read a road test of the Lotus Esprit and one of the gripes they had was that you couldn't change over a cassette tape when the gear lever was in 3rd or 5th. If you wanted to swap Spandau Ballet for Roxy Music on the motorway you had to change down to 4th.

wuvvum
I reckon Mrcento is right. My initial thought was Xedos, but they have a badge on the steering wheel. I knew it looked familiar anyway, I've had both. Having said that, I'm sure my Leganza had a badge on the wheel as well... Spiny Norman

If i remember right, they do have a badge on the wheel, it's just right at the bottom of the airbag cover (which could explain why the pic was cropped where it was). wuvvum and Spiny Norman
