Garage at Fradley on the A38

Many times now, I have passed a garage on the A38 which seems to be a home to various abandoned(?) vehicles.  It's southbound at Fradley, between Burton and Lichfield, and outside the old petrol station part is a horsebox conversion of what appears to be a Bedford VAL coach, a Mk4 Astra van and a couple of other things, while down the sides of the building I have glimpsed a few old American vans, a couple of motorhomes, a Skoda and a few other things.  Does anyone have any further info on this place or the vehicles?

I am sure it used to be attached to Leavesly which is an army surplus place just north of it. It’s been like that for years now, that horse box seems a permanent installation.
