What proportion of your cars actually "work"

One modern, one nearly modern both fully working

Renault is driveable but the steering leaks like a sieve but doesn't have registration, insurance mot etc

Chieftain has 3 wheels right now but with a quick fettle to stop the front brake leaking would actually be capable of being driven if rules and regulations weren't so much of a thing

 

Not too bad
