vulgalour
Biohazard stickers on the middle of the wheel trims, it must be done. Yellow/black striped tape for the chrome inserts would probably work too. R8 Apocalypse edition. bunglebus
scdan4
Gotta be steels imho. Not sure that trims suit it at all. I think it’s looking good. Time to tint the windows? loserone
DoctorRetro
Finally got round to replacing the driver's side mirror, which was catastrophically knackered /bodged. New one fitted easily, even the electrics work. Dan302

bub2006
I've just bought a bluetooth jobby off ebay. Has aux input too for 9.60 brand new. Chinese yes but does the job. The gear knob looks great too. Hazard tape sunstrip is a well done thing,I did same on a punto 5 years ago except I made a racing stripe up bonnet instead of down sides! How are the headlight grilles held on?

Got the one I pulled out the van still sitting on the pool table...was just going to be chucked in the E-Waste bin at the tip until lockdown happened. Yours free of charge if you want it! Drop me a PM with your address and I'll get it posted next time we need to pick up a prescription (our post office is in the pharmacy). It's a bargain basement job but worked fine when removed, I just wanted Bluetooth connectivity. DoctorRetro

chodweaver
^^ I'd have some of that. I know I could have it with a longboat on it, but I always preferred the Honda details - like the rear light clusters.Sent from my BV6000 using Tapatalk
DoctorRetro
Got a bit of an issue to look into... Since I changed the bumper, there's no longer vents where you'd imagine fog lights to be, and the oil cooler sits behind on of these. There's still a sort of hole there, but I imagine not as free flowing as the old one. While I was out the other day, and after some spirited driving, the temp gauge moved slightly above halfway for the first time ever. It went back down once I drove slow and steady, but I just wondered if this was possibly related to the above? If so, if the solution to cut the hole out? Or to fit a silly externally mounted oil cooler? ???

bub2006
I cant imagine the oil cooler have a monumental difference on engine coolant temperature. The bumper style it has now should be fine, all mine have looked like that, bottom one does look modified. If it puts your kind at ease then make it larger and mesh it up. Mr_Bo11ox
do these even have an external air-to-oil cooler? Sounds a bit extravagant for one of these TBH, are you sure thats what it is?

Secondary radiator?
DoctorRetro
Picked up some 15" Corsa steels for it, being as my old tyres were pretty f****d I think it looks better. DoctorRetro
Got a couple of little faults, no idea why... 1. Interior clock randomly loses the time and starts again 2. Well, just watch this. I've only noticed it since I put a new battery on, perhaps I've disturbed something? There's some dodgy looking wiring under the bonnet too, presumably for an amp that is no longer there... Zelandeth
I pretty much always fit new engine to body and body to battery earth straps when I get a new car. For the sake of a few quid it just seems worth doing. Especially having had it fail on a Pug 306 in the middle of nowhere in the middle of the night plunging me into totally unpowered darkness at 60mph without warning...that was exciting. loserone
