Not seen those Ford Escort wheel trims since the early 90s when my uncle has a red Ford Escort in Belgium.

This is a very original example, hardly any rust. XR3i according to tailgate badges, but I always thought the XR3i had alloys.

I came home past the house which has the GS on the garden. It's still there some months on. I think the house is empty as the curtains are never opened.

Land Registry search should show which disinterested / deceased owner has it...

Took a detour home via Lavant today to avoid traffic. Very glad I did!

I’ve seen that around Chichester. It’s a lovely old thing and a great colour too.
I believe there’s someone in Lavant who has more old Volvo’s, as I’ve seen that 340 and a really nice 740 both turning into a private lane type thing near where it is in that pic.

Well certainly looks like a Harrier.
Very nice!

I had to ask as my knowledge of anything Blue Oval is poor, as for the large part I don’t like Fords.

I saw this a few hours previous, which is more my cup of tea

It was on an R plate and non standard rudeboy wheels. It’s a shame when a rare car such as a Mk1 Cav gets the barry treatment.

Because people are idiots I was actually out and about loading on a round. When a manager needs to go out with 3 drivers who’d already finished their work things ain’t good. But I digress.

The GS is still there but now upside down! It’s starting to look even more sad and having popped a note through the letterbox of the house with any interest in selling it for resto or helping another GS live on. I suspect the owner will pop his clogs and the Gs and the 2CV on the drive will both become bean tins.

Further down the same road someone likes Daihatsus
