For many years, Jewish drivers around here wouldn't touch anything German for obvious reasons, so it was either Volvos (absurdly popular, and often the car of choice for those who considered themselves frum) or mostly Japanese. The younger generation aren't quite so fussy, and often drive Audis, Mercs or Porsches.
