RobT
Here's a few mostly shite orientated pics from today's goings on at Goodwood. I'll start with my favourite of the day, a 2 cylinder NSU Printz. It was kept in a museum for years, and the current owner also has a Daf 44 so clearly has taste. A nice, honest rarity. Lovely. A Chevrolet Caprice Classic, rescued from a scrap yard by the current owner. Thankfully he's going to keep it as is. I wasn't the only Mk3 Cavalier there. This CDX was mint. Late plate 1.8. This Chevette was my second fave. Family owned from new. After gramps passed it on, the current owner put an Evo I engine in it from a scrapper back in 1993. 225bhp... Would. Time to dream. This was fabulous. holbeck, Sigmund Fraud, vulgalour and 28 others

RobT
Plenty of Vauxhalls in attendance, so I'm glad I came (so to speak). Our man Dolleh. The lad in this Acadiane was having a riot. Crowd pleaser too. Gaffer tape wind deflector. Must have used a whole roll. Rally shite Not so shite. Not much French there today, so seeing this raised my pulse. Thank fuck for that. Was for sale at £7,000. This Princess Anne was a beast. Buick V8 and it was pitching all over the place. I spoke to the owner and he said "I drive it like a twat". He was doing fine I'd say. Stagea literally ripping up the course. I finished the day with a shot of the Cav on the pit straight. That's another historic circuit the old girl has been to, after Reims-Gueux a few years back. strangeangel, brownnova, mrbenn and 28 others 29
mrbenn
Some lovely cars there, thanks for sharing! The red Cavalier CDX is making me go a bit weak at the knees. As is the grey one. As is yours if I'm honest... RobT

mrdelmonti
Look at all those Novas. The other day I was wondering when I last saw one out in the wild, must have been a few years ago now. RobT
danthecapriman
Great stuff, pic of the bunch for me though has to be that Caprice wagon. What a monster! Glad it’s staying like that too. chaseracer and RobT

wuvvum
Superb. Although seven bags for a Renault 21? I paid about 1/10th of that for my Turbo - although it wasn't quite as tidy as that one, but still. RobT

I know nothing about photography whatsoever, but they seem great quality. Nope, just my Samsung A5 phone camera, which is surprisingly good. Some of them came out a bit dull like my Cav one at the end, but catch the light correctly and it does take a good photo.

It was mounted far back in the front, as you can see the carbs on the left if you zoom in. Not sure what specifically was in it though.
