I might ask someone closer to sort out a meeting point etc. for the southern meet, I don't really know the area that well.

I live quite close to Saltburn and while Cat Nab at bottom of the bank is good gathering spot with 2 car parks, a pub, chippies etc a lot of other folk think so as well so it may be difficult to get parked at all on a Sunday never mind as a group.

No better ideas in Saltburn at least, I don't think there's another focal point. I'll give it a thought but nowt jumps out. Sorry to be negative but if I was going in the car I'd park on the road on the top above the valley, not really a gathering point. I can't comment on Piercebridge, - I had to google it!

Theres the Cliff Tram, a miniture railway, chippy, ice creams, loads of sea tractors to franticly rub our thighs over, a hill climb par excellence up Saltburn bank, decent driving roads, plenty of car parks, and a pier.

I'm off snowboarding March 2nd to 10th - so that's out  - but I'm collectioning randomly over the next month - so wouldn't mind trying to be at a meet if at all possible. I'm a bloody foreigner so don't bother on my account...… I'll keep an eye on it though and adjust travel plans if I can.

About 12 cars can park at the place itself, could probably block book it for breakfast if we asked nicely.
