Well the MOT Advisory states differently:

Advisory Notice issued

Parking brake lever has little reserve travel (3.1.6b)

Nearside Front Lower Shock absorber has a slightly worn bush (2.7.4)

Offside Front Lower Shock absorber has a slightly worn bush (2.7.4)

Nearside Front Lower starting to split Suspension arm ball joint dust cover deteriorated, but preventing the ingress of dirt (2.4.G.2)

O/S step corroded

P.A.S box is slightly damp.

Shot of the MOT certificate allows access to full MOT history.

Still nice though.

We assume that this is the last manual lift on the road of uk

But only a couple of months earlier...

Now that's got to be the same car, the wheels are different and the front driving lights have been tucked up but that sunroof and tow bars and even the area are all the same, so why's the number plate different? It didn't look like a private plate?.

LEH349V - first registered 20th March 1980.  Tax expired in 1992

KEC690T - first registered 1st May 1979.  Taxed until April next year.

Theory: KEC was bought by owner of LEH.  Old plates used in the new add to mask the £450 price hike by making it look like two different cars.  What's amazing is that both numbers are for green Hondas so there's certainly something strange going on.  I suspect they are the same car.

'bad bits....cosmetic'

If there was ever money to be made in a mobile vomit inducer then this would surely be the ultimate company car.

Here's our answer:

"Monkey Boy" on Accord Owners forum :

she has gone to a good home, had to sale early due to no space i still have another 2, money from which will help me get the other on the road, need engine looking at getting a clackety clang( knocking ) noise , it had been standing for 24 years has 51000 on the cloak its solid with only minor rust, new fuel pump, exhaust, brakes and service done so far,

ill keep you posted.

What I reckon he's done is swap the plates from one to the other for the pics, hence having auto interior shots, the towbar etc.

This is starting to look like not bad value now it's had 500 quid knocked off.  I would if I didn't already have one.
