And in answer to the Lag II question, you won't be surprised to learn that the answer is no. There's not many around so you don't hear of the faults as much but yes, you're just as likely to experience the same fate as the dCi. My cousin has that 2.0T in his Espace and has put two turbos in over the last 3 years

This is a fucking travesty. The loathsome CX500 'Maggot' can barely manage to pull its own weight with any alacrity, or - once it's struggled up to speed - halt its portly progression with those weedy front discs. It's anyone's guess how it will cope with that additional mass.

And I've just noticed the overspray around the radiator and carbs / airbox. Mmmm, classy.
