What's insurance like on something that's converted/got an irregular number of seats? I fancy this with a couple of foldable seats in the back.

Here's another rear engine'd Skoda, in yellow with a green interior, being sold it seems by a certified user of hard drugs:

Restore, convert to track or rally car or modernise and have a great daily driver. We prepared pricing for track orientated road conversion and to modernise in the process (total restoration - dipped shell, with revised engine, refined suspension geometry and transmission, this included some creature comforts such as air conditioning, central locking, Nav ect.). With some of the 'extra' extras this came to about $50,000 but included some composite body panels. Fairly cheap compared to a new BMW 130i and much more exclusive!

It's good to know your market, as I'm sure the current highest bidder at £175 is going to spunk a further £25000 on it.

Or this lush Lancer being sold by someone with little taste, assuming they're choosing to keep a couple of uninteresting Hyundais instead of this.
