dollywobbler
That 75 tourer looks nice. Bit of a gamble with it not starting though. Aye. Of course, there are two fuel pumps, so it's probably the case that the in-tank one broke, then the (expensive) engine bay one broke from trying to work solo. Common fault. Or it could be something randomly electrical.

Skizzer
I quite fancy a motorcaravan at some point, and a Starcraft is definitely on the shortlist for obvious (shite) reasons. Would it be very wrong to convert the front bit back to standard Cortina, though?
anonymous user
^ you did notice that that one is only down the road from you in Carmarthen, you have to buy it and pose for a photograph in the doorway holding an enamel saucepan. I'm still trying to work out if that is an extra gauge next to the ashtray, or is it a container of flea powder. Skizzer
Skizzer
I did notice that, thanks, and am trying really hard to ignore it. Flea powder, obv. Or possibly some sort of ointment for when you burn your bum on the seats, which are in fact glowing red hot.

cort16
I'm sure that datsun was really smart up until a year or so ago. That starcraft must be fitted with a Sierra indenor diesel motor. The price seems a bit salty but at least it's mot'd.

dave21478
^^^*SPLOOSH* I really rate Calibras and will probably own one again sometime soon-ish. Its a toss-up between a cally and a 406 coupe. The calibra wins on rugged basicness with less shite to go wrong, but the 406 wins on rot resistance. Tricky choice.

NorfolkNWeigh
That A35 wouldn't be much fun in the winter or if it rained, made me wonder has anyone here ever used a car everyday without a heater? On the odd occasion I've had one that's broke or a bit pathetic it's been a nightmare, but luckily I've never had a car where there's not even one fitted. spike60
I much prefer this 240 to the red one, I used to have it's bro in gold. Strangely drawn to it. Portsmouth customs liked it too, I got the undivided attention of 8 of their finest for an hour including threatening to cut the sills off. They didn't.
