ypsilandra
This XM VSX Auto has been on the Bay for months, around the £800 mark. Finally the MOT's expired so it's now a fiver short of £400 http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CITROEN-XM-2- ... 3f1bf54a77

aldo135
Our mates purple Helmet again. I remember posting this up on here at least a year ago and laughing at the ridiculous price, admittedly I think it was more than the £2500 it is now Just looked at his ebay shop - full of bargains! £2695 for an ital? £3995 for an orion? £4995 for an '04 Freelander? Haha the guy's a comedy genius!
drum
Wasn't sure where I'd share this little gem of an ad so I've put it on this threadLooking for a mechanic doing a homer...http://www.gumtree.com/p/cars-vans-moto ... /112934946 I have a few jobs that I need doing on my Corsa. I am looking for someone with experience to fit and seal side trims on. Someone to supply and fit a joiner sleeve to my exhaust middle and backbox. Someone to seal a loose wing mirror And finally someone to fit carbon wrap onto my bonnet ( carbon wrap in possession) If you think you are able to do these jobs then email in the first instance with your estimate for each job or a ball park figure. Negative Creep
If only there were some kind of building where you could drive your car and pay a qualified person to fix it for you. That said, I need to find someone who would like to get my Yugo running........
Mr_Bo11ox
Thats brilliant!!!! The bit about the carbon wrap is fantastic, you couldnt make it up. Basically he's been to halfords and bought his carbon wrap, but thats totaly exhausted his fucking brain, so from that point onwards all he can do is send an electronic 'message in a bottle' asking if someone can just come round his house and just sort everything out for him. Mind boggling

You see where he's made his mistake is hoping for just one person to do all this, a Superman if you will, I think he'd be better off advertising for 4 cack-handed artisans to come round and bastardise his Corsa. trigger
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1983-VOLVO-36 ... 1c2ce46e86 Reading the description on this i think the owner needs to get out more. I took it on myself to service her from my own back yard using my preferred choice of lubricants and service parts, choosing the quality over the standard with garages typically use. gimble
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/VAUXHALL-CHEV ... 337d7ec89d Drift Project??? ?? The 1256 engine that is in the Chevette at the moment runs but the big ends are hanging out of it. The bodywork needs an awful lot of attention, and welding. The bits I know about are : drivers floor pan has rotted out, as has the battery tray. Under the bonnet on the left side has rotted through on the inner wing. There are small holes under the windscreen, general grot around the car, no back seat, no headlamps. All this for a mere £500 or so, well woth watching
skattrd
Matra alert ... ok so it's a 1.6 with crunchy 3rd gear, but as well as 3 seats in the front and an MOT it most importantly has pop-up headlights.
skattrd
Volvo 264 with added T&T, looks ace with the beige leather. It's £2k, but 2 owners from new and only 36k on the clock I think it's good value and potential investment material.Unless I'm mistaken these also came with the superb* PRV lump
Cavcraft
That cockfruit with the Nissan may have sold it but he's got a stupidly overpriced Focus saloon on eBay so that's on my watch list now. HillmanImp
Also creat this which looks quite funky imho I got an Imp gearbox off a chap who builds tiny scale lorries. He has a workshop in his garage and showed me it for several hours when I picked up the gearbox. Its very odd. He seemed to suggest there were several people across the country building these but this is the first one I have come across.
Mr_Bo11ox
I've never driven one of those Cav soft-tops, but i have a feeling they might have one of the wobbliest bodyshells of all time. I'd love to have a shot in one!
Cavcraft
I bet that Cavalier convertible would fire up first time with a jump start and a bit of juice. Gompo
Save this, in more ways than one! Looks class to me, sadly has offside wing damage (maybe more) and also on that Motorhog website, down in Southampton. Looks top notch though Passat GLS
