HillmanImp
Think that Rancho has been up for sale a couple of times over the last year or so (unless they were commonly converted for wheelchairs).
Cavcraft
What's the difference between a bonus and a penis? You can always get your missus to blow your bonus http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/FORD-ESCORT-B ... 416c3c0c27 'Will start auction at scrap price of £200' £200 scrap if you put that fat bloke in the back I assume? Cavcraft
Things you'd expect to see on an eBay listing: swan, dog, Bedford CF, American camper van http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1993-PEUGEOT- ... 27cba3d2a6 Things you wouldn't expect to see on an eBay listing: Alexei Sayle moonwalking in his socks. willswitchengage
Does that not command an £1000 asking price for a numberplate that could easily* be manipulated so say LOLOLOLOLOLOL?
cort16
This thing looks a cross betweeb a Hyundai XG30 and a turnip which is still a good thing I think.http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/SUPER-RARE-2000-TOYOTA-VISTA-AUTOMATIC-ESTATE-JDM-WAGON-FIND-ANOTHER-/261108620449?pt=Automobiles_UK&hash=item3ccb495ca1 Fully unloaded 3 series. skattrd
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1965-C-VAUXHA ... v4exp=true This seems cheap to me, £1095 with 10 months T&T especially compared to the equivalent thing with a blue ovalI really do not understand why old Fords are so much dearer than old Vauxhalls. garethj
In my first job after university there was a bloke who had a Toyota Supra, I think it was a bit boxier than this, the 2.8 version. He then changed to a mere 1.6 Peugeot 205 GTi and was amazed how much faster he could drive everywhere. This one's the non-turbo which is probably good at this age, and manual box too. garethj
More pointy than a Ginetta, but less expensive to fix than a Lotus. If you want a pure wedge, this is the one, I reckon. 2.8 with 4 speed for extra poverty, but the coupe shape suits it. Being able to wrestle it from the bloke for 2 grand is tempting, as is the year's MoT
garethj
I don't know how much Imps go for, but this one seems like a good place to start because it's pretty original
Cavcraft
Jesus, that HA is absolutely lush. I'd go as far as to say it'll be the nicest car on eBay this month (at least) no danger. £450 BIN Senator http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/vauxhall-sena ... 337cb5b50f 'mot out 28th august' Probably 2012 as I think he's been trying to offload this for yonks. garethj
The Autoshiter's choice, not only is it non-Vtech, it's only the 1500cc version. Looks sweet though This one's on again, now at offers £995 which seems a bit better than the £1500 it was at before Love this old Subaru Legacy, despite the seller's description which is a bit wank Strange advert for a Nissan Pulsar GTI-R 4WD which is apparently just for the engine but the whole car is available for breaking? Aren't these things bonkers fast, therefore worth quite a lot?
retrogeezer
CRX is a 1600 - 16 valver, where does it say it's only a 1500?? I'm pretty sure they only came in 1.6 vtec flavour, the mk1 shape was the only one with a 1.5 engine.

pompei
I had one like that, a 16 valve 1.6 non VTEC. Used it as a daily for about 7 years, only went wrong once, cured with a second hand coil pack. Sold it 5 years ago to a track day racer. Happy days

Mike D
Regarding the NIssan Sunny GTiR. They rot like fook. Jap only model so all are imports. No rust proofing. Serious seem them look like they'd been hung off a pier for 6 months. They also drive like shite, and seem to be horrendously unreliable! My mate had one and it was awful, saying that, when it did finally run correctly, it ran a 13. something quarter mile at santa pod, which is none too shabby for a 90's jap hatch!!! I assume the mods to do that contributed massively to its unreliablilty!
