Isn't this quite cheap for one of these things?

VW Transporter T4 New 12 Month MOT | eBay

It has the obligatory half-arsed 'home camper conversion kit' loosely nailed into the back, but these daft old things seem to fetch more than this when they've been lying in a field for 15 years.

Ohhhh...given that the Jet Stream is probably wobbling and the Gulf Stream switching off this could prove useful in the first upcoming British Arctic Winter... and given there are so few municipal snow ploughs these days you could be onto a winner winner chicken dinner....

Be from every cool American TV show from the early ‘80s.  Dukes of Hazzard, A Team, Fall Guy, everything.

This one’s a Plymouth but it was the same body style for the Dodge Monaco with different headlights and radiator.

They crashed so many of these on TV that there must have been a workshop in Hollywood that was just welding roll cages.

Because the baddies had 120bhp?

I wonder if 1970s American cars would be good to convert to electric?  There’s loads of space for batteries and whilst they aren’t very aerodynamic I bet once you remove the iron engine, auto box and catalysts they’re not very heavy.

Still mid 1500 kgs ,what a waste that would be rather have the anemic V8 than Duracell's & a washing machine motor!
