BTW a "Daytime MOT" isn't a thing its just an MOT, it's up to the testers discretion if they add an advisory to the effect that the lights were removed/ blanked whatever at the time of testing. The reason for this is that the automatics are column shift, but the manual shifter is mounted where the half seat is on an auto.
