Following on from that 306 saloon earlier in the thread... here's one of its competitors from back in the day, which you also don't see many of now.

I wrote off a low mileage K reg 1.4Lsi (82bhp mpi 8v) in red.

I always wanted to turn it into a TS200 replica. https://www.carthrottle.com/post/rzd2q7m/

There are some cars that just look right, and they somehow made the saloon look better than.the hatch.

I was making a poor joke about how nice those saabs are.

I was making an even worse joke about suburbs of Birmingham with a reputation. 🤫🙄🤗🤫🤫🤫🤫

Ginetta Tora GRS, it may look 4x4 tough but it’s a Hillman Hunter underneath.

Still, at least you can avoid those awful old cliches that old Land Rovers have 👍

I dont know if its been in the eBay tat thread before

but I know of it very well :) its one of the Ex Oddingley (its from the same place @AdgeCutler's Mk12E came from and being sold by the same chap Big Al, the one being sold here is the Last Mk12 Big Al has "going spare")

as such it sadly is likely to require a full ground up restoration, however its saving grace is that it does have a chassis plate/Chassis number and I know its ID, and know its registration mark more or less, (having a known ID is something that is quite rare for a pre Model 70 invalid vehicle)

(I know its part of the EWC101H-EWC200H block of Invacar Mk12's but due to some private Mk12's in and around that block, while im pretty positive of what its registration mark is, It is one I would check with the Essex archives before attempting a V62)

I appreciate the heads up on it however incase I was not aware :)

there is also an Invacar Mk12E for sale up in Scotland while im at it, one of the Ex Trysull cars as such sadly this one has no known ID (unless a chassis stamped chassis number can be found, but its not known where or if Mk12's had those)

Do you find yourself always arriving early to places?  Solve your problems at a stroke with this Octavia SDi.  To ease the buying process, you’ll be dealing with someone who can’t even comprehend how to get the entire car in the frame
