This is going to bug me now, I am sure there was a period press photo I saw of a 2.0i S with RHD, but the internet is so big I can't possibly find it, is there a website where you can clearly see what was sold where?

As a reader of every Ford Cars issued from April 1975 until sometime in summer 1995 , I can assure you there was never such a beast promoted or sold in the United Kingdom. As other’s have  mentioned 1.3/ 1.6 and maybe 2.3 diesel was your lot. The MK1 2.0iS was quite a rarity anyway , the only one I’ve ever owned gave up it’s engine and box for my Dad’s Spartan in around 1998, he might even get round to fitting it soon. I might dig it out of the brambles it lives in and sell for thousands due to RWD Ford tax.

Not tat by any means but the latest iteration of the evergreen and really rather capable Lada Niva, cunningly updated for the modern marketplace complete with* seven speed auto box, touchscreen control centre, electronic damping and heated leather.

"Each car comes with an independent two year mechanical warranty and you only need to get it serviced at a vat registered garage to maintain warranty terms."

Saw this 3 door Sierra 2.0i a couple of years ago in a village near me. I have seen it a few times since, noticeable by the Cosworth (style?) wheels20210705_203417.thumb.jpg.35397dfaa69569e4b18e3e8df396bbf8.jpg

20210705_203332.thumb.jpg.8b09066046dd7a6edfbf6f7c6657c066.jpg

As well as these in the rear shelf..20210705_203447.thumb.jpg.9ab77c82cf72a0eabc45812135ad3bbb.jpg

Very nice, no doubt lack of rust helped by the lack of salt on the roads. Not sure if its a "S" though. How can you tell if its not badged as one?

Mk5 cortina 2.0 ghia manual 4 speed runs and drives well been resprayed in and out recently and it's a decent tidy job loads of.new parts like shockers, springs, fuel tank brake lines ,fuel lines Middle box of exhaust and brakes its mot and tax exempt welding from it last mot had been done, its in regular use its a easy project to finish as it's mainly a few plastics inside like the cill trims and kick panels in my personal opinion the carpet. If you wanted it bang on I'd also source the proper colour interior as I don't think the blue suits it and some parts are.missing from the door cards. It has new wings and that at some point.it also needs a fuel sender which I gather are a problem on these cars as no ones petrol seems to work a stick for dipping can be supplied lol, there are a few parts in the boot like spare new bushes and points and condenser,it also needs the speedo cable changing which a new one is in the boot which I will change if I get chance, only selling due to change in circumstances any questions plz tx 07929183962 reserve the right to end early as advertised elsewhere, cash in collection

That is the one that Jonny Smith tried to kill.

The advertiser failed to obscure the number plate.

Is it just me or does it need a 6.0 V8 out of a monaro, with no other changes to it visually.

P.S I removed the name and address and email address from this. The seller is desperate to obscure their reg no with coco pop packets but happy enough

to splash the ex owners name, address and email address all over facebook.

If you're gonna butcher the poor thing, at least put a bloody Ford engine in it, out of a (new) Mustang or somesuch nonsense. Hell, given its lower body weight, the motor out of a Focus ST would make it go like stink.

Though my personal choice (money no object obvs) would be a Cosworth DFV...

Sadly the Sirra 3 door will never get a V8 engine as long as it is in Spain. Restrictions on changing such things is extremely difficult to get through the ITV test. But not impossible.

This Renault 4 "alledgedly" has a Clio 172 motor in it. The sound of the exhaust was earsplittingly loud.
