The "3" on their fuel price sign is upside down.

But I'll forgive that if we can get through the whole listing without mentioning...

oh no, it got mentioned. Remember when the most annoying thing about three wheelers was everyone calling them "Robin Reliants"?

uh, the fuck is going on with that sticker?

Is this a revenge attack because seven ate nine?

Wonder what is leaking? huge spot of wetness creeping over the concrete.

That R9 looks incredible. Best colour combo for those and pleasingly manual. I know people ask all the time, but does somebody here actually have a Copart account and has anyone successfully bought a car via the site? I'd say that £300 RNM suggests it's gonna be overpriced, but I'll be watching with interest

I filled-up at the place on Friday evening, they're a really good local garage for local people and I try and get fuel there whenever I can.

The trader selling this is separate to the garage, he rents space there and seems like a decent sort. He has a tidy SAAB 900 Turbo.

I've photographed the Reliant a couple of times over the years, I saw it had appeared on the forecourt when I stopped there on Friday.

A friend of mine on the Volvo 480 Club Forum saved a 480 turbo on there, extremely rare, but they half regret it, as it meant an 800 quid car had to be got for 1400 when you include all the fees, and then they charge you to hold it there until it is picked up, or you can have it delivered

Nice 528i but I think you could end up in the scenario I did with my Megane were your interviewed a suitable candidate rather than a buyer.

I would be prepared to part with it if I can find another BMW enthusiast who feels it is worth something and will give it a good home.

Bit late for this chap, but when I lost the key to the one I had I was able to get a replacement cut by the local Subaru dealer on the VIN.

I then had to spend several hours upside down in the driver's footwell bypassing the dealer fit immobiliser, but that's another story.

That doesn’t look especially like a Reliant under there, it’s a Jago Jeep which was Ford Escort based.

Popular in the ‘80s but would you want reminding that the vehicle cut up for this was now worth £20k?

Agreed, looks like it's got too few cylinders to be a Scimitar, unless for some unknown reason they decided to downgrade to a four-pot.

You're clearly mistaken, I'm pretty sure I remember Princess Anne completing one of these from a kit.

I quite fancy a Monte Carlo and that one is not far away but it has been for sale at the same price for at least 3 years! The sellers eBay name was different, but the pictures are the same, as is his other weird selection of tat.

I think the truth is far, far more sad, assessing the crime scene and looking at the body shape, front suspension and pinto engine, my money is on this being an Eagle RV and the murder victim being a Ford Cortina not Scimitar or Escort. The only mystery I cannot explain is the G registration?
